Background

ICA operates more than 1,270 stores in the Nordic countries and leads the Swedish grocery market. The company wanted to eliminate manual price changes, improve price accuracy and strengthen in-store digital communication with a scalable ESL and cloud management system.

Solution

ZKONG deployed Shield and Valley series ESLs across ICA stores, delivering consistent pricing, real-time promotion updates and better coordination. ESLs and LCD displays are managed together on one cloud platform.
