Background

Big C is one of Thailand's major hypermarket chains, with large stores, huge assortments and frequent price changes. It introduced ZKONG ESLs in pilot stores as part of its digital shelf upgrade, enabling central price management and more efficient operations.

Solution

Two Big C stores received a large-scale ESL infrastructure covering many product categories and shelf types.

• 60,000+ ESLs in 2 stores
• Models: ZKC15V, ZKC21V, ZKC29V, ZKC42V
• Low-temperature 2.1" and 2.6" ESLs for chilled areas
