Change prices without knowing the CMS
Daily updates have their own role: after signing in, template editors see only their templates and change texts, images and prices. Nobody can accidentally move positions, fonts or branding.

What is a digital menu board?
A screen that shows food, drinks, prices and offers instead of printed boards. Changes come centrally from the CMS, without reprinting.
Who are digital menu boards for?
Quick-service restaurants, cafés, bakeries, canteens and staff restaurants, food courts, hotels, cinemas and leisure venues.
Can staff change prices themselves?
Yes. With the template editor role they change texts, prices and images in fixed templates. A responsible person reviews and publishes the change.
Does the menu switch automatically by time of day?
Yes. With scheduling, for example breakfast, lunch and dinner menus run at set times and weekdays.
Can I take prices from my POS system?
Rivano can take content from XML interfaces and shows the last state if the source is unavailable. Whether and how your POS or merchandise management system can be connected this way, we check in the project.
What happens if the internet goes down?
Players store their content locally and keep playing. New content arrives as soon as the connection is back.
What hardware do I need?
Professional displays in landscape or portrait and a player with Android or Windows, for example from Giada. We advise you on size, brightness and mounting.
